Choose three of your favorite offerings at your property.

Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is one of my favorite offerings. I love watching our team transform the space each season. Their hard work truly pays off with larger-than-life displays that are completely free and open to the public. Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art also continues to impress me. I am always wowed by the fact that we have such a beautiful art gallery right on property. The current exhibition, Soulful Creatures: Animal Mummies in Ancient Egypt, is sure to be popular for history fans! Finally, the Fountains of Bellagio are truly iconic. They are a timeless symbol of Las Vegas and recognized worldwide. No matter how many times I have seen them, they never cease to amaze me.

What is your go-to lunch spot, both on and off the Strip?

On the Strip, Primrose at Park MGM is a favorite for its cozy, cottage-like atmosphere. My go-to order is the seasonal brioche French toast, along with the steak and eggs. Off the Strip, Casa Desayuno is another favorite. It serves authentic Latin cuisine and is a huge hit among the locals!

Name some of your favorite steakhouses and why.

Bavette’s Steakhouse at Park MGM is my go-to for its mellow, old-school vibe, with incredible cuts of steak and signature cocktails. Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio is another favorite, with thoughtfully designed décor that always makes you look twice. Plus, dining next to the Fountains makes for a magical experience. Golden Steer is a Las Vegas classic. With its ties to old-school Vegas, the restaurant feels like stepping into a time machine. The tableside service and delicious cuts make it no surprise that reservations are always in high demand.

Where is there to go to listen to live music?

The Pinky Ring at Bellagio offers live music nightly, while Rhythm & Riffs at Mandalay Bay features local bands performing almost every night. For a country vibe, head to Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar for live performances nightly.

What spots on the Strip can the whole family enjoy?

The Adventuredome at Circus Circus will always be nostalgic to me. I spent a lot of time there as a kid. The Big Apple Coaster at New York-New York and FlyOver Las Vegas are also great options for the whole family.

Can you share some speakeasy spots and how to get in?

Caspian’s Rock & Roe at Caesars Palace is one of my favorite speakeasies with live entertainment. Ghost Donkey at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is another standout with a great selection of tequila and mezcal. Wax Rabbit at Durango is also a must-visit—be sure to ask your concierge for the secret code.

Are there any spots that offer dinner and a show?

The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio offers an amazing and newly revamped dinner-and-show experience with the Fountains as a stunning backdrop. Delilah at Wynn is another great option known for its classic performances. For a more family-friendly option, Tournament of Kings at Excalibur is always a fun choice.

What are some of the best pieces of advice that you offer to your guests?

I often tell guests that if something looks like it’s a 10-minute walk, add 15 more minutes. Las Vegas distances can be deceiving. Uber and Lyft are the best options to get around if you’re in a time crunch. Otherwise, take advantage of the pedestrian walkways many resorts offer.

What are three attractions off the Strip that visitors should not miss?

Universal Horror Unleashed at AREA15 has easily become one of my favorite attractions, offering scares year-round. Red Rock Canyon is a must-see. It is a short drive from the city and offers incredible hiking and scenic views. I especially love it when the landscape becomes snowcapped. For the sports fans, head to Las Vegas Ballpark in Summerlin to catch the Aviators play!

What are some of the more affordable ways to enjoy Las Vegas?

Dining at family-style restaurants is one of the best ways to save money. Restaurants such as La La Noodle at Park MGM or Carmine’s at Caesars Palace offer generous portions that can easily feed a group with just a few dishes. Also, booking your stay early is one of the best ways to secure hotel deals.

What nightclubs offer the best experience for the price?

On The Record at Park MGM typically offers complimentary entry if you’ve attended a concert at Dolby Live. Hakkasan at MGM Grand has ladies' night specials—ask your concierge how to get these deals!

What are some of the best Chinatown eateries?

Xiao Long Dumplings on Spring Mountain is a favorite among my colleagues with a wide dumpling selection. To wrap up the night, The Golden Tiki is a great spot for delicious tiki-style drinks.

What are some of your favorite downtown restaurants and bars?

Evel Pie is my go-to downtown restaurant. Their pizzas are delicious, especially after a fun night out at Commonwealth. To kick it up a notch, Legacy Club at Circa Resort & Casino offers breathtaking views of the Strip.

What spots transport guests back to old-school Las Vegas?

Hugo’s Cellar at Four Queens, Golden Steer Steakhouse and Battista’s Hole in the Wall all capture that old-school Vegas charm—it feels like Frank Sinatra could walk through the door at any moment. For another great old-school experience, The Rat Pack is Back tribute show at Tuscany Suites & Casino feels like you are being transported back in time.
