The new theme visually draws visitors in, beginning with the reception area. A stunning art piece made of walnut hardwood stands out and represents the beauty of the desert and nature—two of the design inspirations behind the colors, textiles and artwork seen throughout the spa.
Guests can slip into serenity inside the newly expanded Zen Lounge that features sheer curtains, or in private spaces for individuals, couples or groups. Throughout these common, co-ed areas, the surroundings are made of natural materials like bronze, granite and cork, with eucalyptus cabinetry and maple tables.
With 12 treatment rooms, including two couples’ suites, guests can indulge in the exemplary treatments that cover everything from skin therapy, men’s treatments and massage to beauty, waxing and body care therapy.
The Spa’s new signature services include several highlights. The 50- to 100-minute cupping therapy experience is a detoxifying massage that aims to aid in stimulating circulation and drawing out impurities, with the bonus of promoting skin elasticity.
And with winter in full swing, envelop the body in all the scents of the season with the 50- or 80-minute Essence of the Seasons treatment. The full body massage also includes the back and foot scrub. For a truly unique experience, try the Head to Toe Candle Massage—coconut oil and natural wax coats the entire body, creating a natural massage oil that leaves skin warmed and silky.
The Spa at Four Seasons also offers a separate nail bar located next to the spa, and guests can take home a piece of their experience by shopping the newly expanded retail store. The eco-friendly product lines used in many of the spa’s treatments—including the brands Naturopathica, Pure Fiji and Ajne—are available for purchase as are the latest trends in seasonal athletic wear, specialty gifts and Four Seasons logo items.
