Tempt your tastebuds some more at Hussong’s Cantina at The Shoppes at Mandalay Bay by trying a new specialty cocktail, the Chamango Margarita, during September and October. The frozen margarita is blended with mango purée and Chamoy sauce, then garnished with diced mango and a Tajin-seasoned rim and served with a Tamarrico candy straw.

Catch the tail end of The Park’s Labor Day Weekend festivities on Sept. 2 from 1-7 p.m. with the Food Truck Picnic event. Enjoy pop-up bars and food trucks, including King’s Sausage, Strip Cheeze and Truk-N-Yaki, as well as lawn games and picnic-style seating. Also celebrating the end of LDW is Cabo Wabo Cantina at Miracle Mile Shops. For $13, guests can enjoy the holiday cocktail, the All-American, mixed with Absolut Citron, simple syrup, sweet and sour mix, Sprite, grenadine and blue curaçao.

Red Rock Resort and Green Valley Ranch Resort recently introduced a Social Hour Experience. Guests at both resorts can enjoy daily happy hour specialty pricing on both food and drink at multiple locations within each resort (stop by the concierge desk for details).

To make your sweet tooth happy, hop aboard The High Roller at The Linq Promenade for the in-cabin chocolate tasting experience by local candy maker Ethel M Chocolates. Guests will enjoy the 30-minute rotation with spectacular views while indulging in four different types of chocolates, learning about their origins, aroma and texture from a chocolatier. Guests will also receive a complimentary beverage from the Sky Lounge.
