Although she may not have been thinking about playing Caesars Palace at the dawn of her career, Reba McEntire sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” at National Finals Rodeo back in the day when it took place in Oklahoma City and she was an aspiring performer from the Sooner State. Decades later, she’d work with Ronnie Brooks and Kix Dunn, who hit their stride in the ’90s scoring their biggest hit with “Boot Scootin’ Boogie,” on “If You See Him/If You See Her.” That song went to No. 1 on the country charts, establishing the two acts as successful collaborators.

McEntire would subsequently tour with Brooks & Dunn, developing the chemistry they would bring to the Colosseum in 2015. Reba, Brooks & Dunn: Together in Vegas brings them back during National Finals Rodeo. The two acts perform solo and in combination, with McEntire choosing from dozens of No. 1 country singles and Brooks firing up audiences with his natural hype-man abilities. Together, they have historically shared the stage for Brooks & Dunn’s “Only in America” and “Play Something Country,” the No. 3 pop hit from 2005 album Hillbilly Deluxe, as well as McEntire’s cover of Bobbie Gentry’s “Fancy.”
