Once you’re all settled in, make a reservation for Oscar’s Steakhouse, one of downtown’s premier old-school restaurants that bears the name of Las Vegas’ famous mayor (and former Mob lawyer) Oscar Goodman. Here you can enjoy Mob-themed dishes like No Nose’s Mob Meatballs and Crazy Phil’s Onion Soup, not to mention cocktails like Goodman’s Legacy (sparkling wine, vodka and St-Germain elderflower liqueur) and the Defendant (bourbon, Bauchant orange liqueur, fresh lemon, simple syrup and bitters).
