Are you a Beatles fan? Not sure? Well, once you see The Beatles LOVE at The Mirage you very well may be. Cirque du Soleil’s Fab Four-themed production pays homage to the band, but in a very bright, modern way.
Like other Cirque du Soleil theaters in Vegas, LOVE’s venue was custom built, allowing audiences to peek down upon the stage and feel closer and more connected to the acrobats and dancers, who do not seem so far away.
Songs and characters from throughout the Beatles universe populate the show as the performers, sets and costumes dazzle your eyes and music envelops you from all sides. Check out the twisting, turning aerialist in “Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds,” an amazing umbrella army creating a oceanic vista in “Octopus’s Garden,” and other acts which fold in bungees, trampolines, trapeze, to songs like “Help!,” “Here Comes the Sun,” “Strawberry Fields Forever” and, of course, an inspiring “All You Need Is Love.”
