What signature Michael Jackson dance move was the hardest to learn and perfect, and why?

Michael Jackson had so many signature, physically straining moves including the moonwalk, toe touch, and the lean. In my opinion, the most difficult of his moves is the “multiple spins followed by a fall to the knees” which he did for “Man In The Mirror.” Not only are you experiencing dizziness from the multiple spins but also hitting your knees hard night after night, all while trying to hit the perfect mark on the stage floor facing the audience, delivering that extra “wow” factor as MJ did. But when the adrenaline is flowing, I don’t even notice the physical discomfort—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
