Great things come in threes, and the cocktail collective at The Venetian and The Palazzo is no different. There’s The Dorsey, Rosina and, most recently, Electra Cocktail Club, with creative cocktails crafted by Sam Ross. While Ross is the common denominator, all three have distinctive feels, and Electra is simply, well, electric. It buzzes like a nightclub, yet still feels like a locals spot. You’ll find some of the best cocktails on the Strip here, from the Penichillin, a frozen mixture of lemon, ginger, honey and smoky Scotch, to the Age of Aquarius, made with passion fruit, lime, honey, Campari and mezcal.
