Here in Las Vegas, there is only one brewery on the Strip (although a couple others are pretty close), and that’s at The Venetian. California export Trustworthy Brewing Co. features a patio-style area perfect for catching the latest games and a bar that showcases the beverages made on-site. Drafts include the T-Shirt Weather pilsner, the oh-so-delicious Gigil rice pilsner and the What Plane? oatmeal stout. But there’s also a great cocktail menu with highlights like Smoke & Mirrors with Meteoro mezcal and the classic margarita with Casamigos blanco tequila.
An elevated pub-style menu yields brisket nachos, barbecue chicken salad with smoked chicken and romaine, several burger options (substitute a plant-based patty on any one of them), and fried chicken schnitzel. The desserts are good for hungry creatures, too, and the beer ice cream trio showcases three different brew flavors. Yummy!
