The best thing about summer in Las Vegas besides the 100-degree-plus weather (kidding!)? Pool season! It’s one of the things that this city does best—we’ve got dayclubs on lock. There are a variety of venues ready to cater to all your party needs, so use this list to help you plan a day to cool down at the pool. Tips to keep in mind: All dayclubs are 21+, most have a cover charge, and most are only open till around 6 p.m.

THE MUSIC

Ayu Dayclub (Resorts World Las Vegas, 702.676.6000. rwlasvegas.com)

Be transported to an exotic island like Bali when you step through the doors of Ayu Dayclub. With luxurious cabanas and daybeds and a second floor that overlooks the whole pool scene, this intimate dayclub stacks its musical roster with the biggest names in dance music. This week’s lineup includes charlieonnafriday (Aug. 11), Savi (Aug. 16) and EDM superstar Kaskade and his special residency “Summer Lovin’” (Aug. 17).

Perk: An open-bar package for $100 includes admission and unlimited well cocktails and beer until 2 p.m.

Tao Beach Dayclub (The Venetian, 702.388.8588. venetianlasvegas.com)

Lush foliage and beautiful décor make Tao Beach Dayclub a perfect tropical escape. Multiple ways to chill include cabanas, bungalows, daybeds and a covered patio with open seating and bar area. But the main focal point here is the impressive musical lineup. This week, party with Sofi Tukker (Aug. 11), Cheyenne Giles (Aug. 16) and Alesso (Aug. 17).

Perk: The Chef Experience offers cabana guests meals expertly prepared poolside like dim sum, seafood tower and teppanyaki.

Wet Republic (MGM Grand, 702.891.3563. mgmgrand.mgmresorts.com)

Some call this dayclub the “OG of dayclubs” as it’s been on and poppin’ for more than a decade. The scene includes a packed pool serving as the dancefloor, some of the largest and most-impressive bungalows and an audio-visual setup that rivals any top nightclub. The biggest EDM DJs have graced the booth, and this season keeps the tradition going with Deorro (Aug. 11), DJ Shift (Aug. 16) and Martin Garrix with Justin Mylo (Aug. 17)

Perk: Paradise City Sundays turns into a South Beach escape with pink palm trees, a decorated DJ booth and an all-star lineup of DJs.

Daylight Beach Club (Mandalay Bay, 702.632.4700. mandalaybay.mgmresorts.com)

Daylight Beach Club upped its game these past few seasons by hosting a roster of mixed musical genres, with guest performing from a huge stage overlooking the pool. The dayclub also hosts a weekly Saturday night swim, Neon Vibra, with Latin musical guests (the party starts at 10 p.m.). This week, catch a special performance by Rich Homie Quan (Aug. 11) and the Mayjah Vibrationz party with DJ Kiloo and DJ Parkboi Gem mixing hip-hop and R&B with classic island tunes (Aug. 16).

Drai’s Beachclub (The Cromwell, 702.777.3800. caesars.com)

Over the last 10 years, Drai’s Beachclub has built a stellar reputation for its poolside, concert-like performances from some of the biggest names in hip-hop and R&B. Coming up, catch Lloyd (Aug. 16), Big Sean (Aug. 17) and E-40 (Aug. 24). And you can’t beat Drai’s luxurious bungalows with private dipping pools and roomy daybeds that overlook the Strip from the dayclub’s rooftop location.

Perk: The Drai’s brand runs around the clock—after partying at the dayclub you can party at Drai’s Nightclub and then party until the morning hours at Drai’s After-Hours.

THE LAID-BACK

Flamingo GO Pool (Flamingo, 702.697.2888. caesars.com)

Year after year, Flamingo GO Pool has kept its vibe of “hanging out at a friend’s house for a fun BBQ and pool day.” A DJ plays a mix of top 40 and open-format while guests enjoy the huge pool with a waterfall, daybeds that sit right at the edge of the pool’s water and tons of lounge chairs.

Perk: Celebrating a special occasion? For $50 you can get a custom DJ shout out.

Influence, The Pool at The LINQ (The Linq Hotel, 702.835.5713. caesars.com)

There are a lot of amenities to enjoy at Influence, The Pool at The LINQ, including live DJs, beer pong, life-sized games, lily pad daybeds, submerged lounge chairs and a full bar with yummy cocktails and impressive poolside eats. This dayclub draws a chill, friendly crowd looking for a relaxing day in the sun.

Perk: If you’re with a large group and it’s the weekend, you can book the air-conditioned REQ room—one giant cabana!

THE DISTINCTIVE

Temptation Sundays (Luxor. temptationsundayslv.com)

Welcome to the Strip’s first and only ongoing LGBTQ+ pool party. Temptation Sundays has called Luxor home for 15 seasons, and the party continues its reign of a safe, inclusive space mixed with a wild and wonderful pool party. Surprise guests, DJs (this Sunday catch DJ Larry Peace), fashion shows, drag queens and more mix it up with guests of many persuasions, and everyone is welcoming and ready for a good time.

The Pool at The Lexi (The Lexi, 702.214.4000. thelexilasvegas.com)

Besides being located at a cannabis-friendly hotel, The Pool at The Lexi also offers another rare feature, European-style sunbathing (topless!). The intimate pool club has an air of sophistication with a Palm Springs vibe, offering guests daily drinks specials, live DJs and cabanas and daybeds for rent.

Perk: Enjoy off-Strip pricing on cocktails, and there is free parking.

Stadium Swim (Circa Resort & Casino. circalasvegas.com)

We’re guessing you’ve never seen a pool club quite like Stadium Swim. The grand multilevel pool complex is open year-round and offers six pools, more than 300 chaise lounges, 36 daybeds and 30 plush cabanas. Oh, and it’s impossible to miss the 40-foot-tall, hi-def screen that splits into multiple screens to display the latest sports games and sports-betting stats. The food and cocktail menus allow for guests to stay and play all day. Don’t miss the swim-up bar, blackjack tables and the frozen cocktail bar!
