Compared to a lot of the hotels on the Strip, Park MGM is on the smaller side, but its curated collection of experiences makes it a huge draw. The property, which is completely nonsmoking, offers high-end, beautiful restaurants; casual dining spots from funky to whimsical; several nightlife options; one of the best live concert venues around; and a fabulous location. And it’s right next to T-Mobile Arena and the outdoor dining and nightlife promenade, The Park. So how to narrow down all the options? We’ve picked three favorite spots to eat, drink and be merry.

1.  On the Record

If anything, On the Record is just a visually stunning place to make one merry. With multiple rooms, each with its own vibe and décor, this nightclub is one of the only spots on the Strip to enjoy a mix of hip-hop, pop and R&B all night long. Chill for a bit on the patio where an actual 1963 British double-decker bus doubles as a DJ booth and bar. Or check out the living room space with a cozy fireplace and comfy sofas. There are hidden karaoke rooms and an even more hidden speakeasy (look for the walls lined with cassette tapes) that offers guests an impressive specialty cocktail program. Another insider’s tip: Stop by the club in the afternoon and look for a host at the front booth who can help put you on a guest list for free entry (or possibly hand you some free passes) and tell you about that night’s specials.

2.  Mama Rabbit Mezcal + Tequila Bar

Tequila and mezcal drinkers, listen up! Mama Rabbit Mezcal + Tequila Bar stores one of the largest collections on the Las Vegas Strip. This colorfully saturated space is the perfect bar to enjoy creative cocktails using popular, hard-to-find and rare brands of the agave-based spirit. And recently, Mama Rabbit has guests hopping to the beats with the introduction of Latin Night Thursdays. Beginning at 10 p.m., enjoy $10 margaritas, buy-one-get-one Cantaritos Hard Sodas, margarita pitchers, $19 specialty cocktails and $25 beer-and-a-shot specials featuring selections like Estrella Jalisco beer and Tesoro Azul blanco tequila. Get your bachata, samba and cha-cha on when local Latin bands add spice to the night.

3.  Eataly Las Vegas

One must explore Eataly Las Vegas at least once during their time on the Strip. The massive hall houses all things Italian culture when it comes to food and drink—everything from fresh-baked desserts, breads and pastas to cheese, spirits, meats and seafood. A retail section offers tons of Italian wines, grab-and-go eats and an assortment of sweets. And with summer in full swing, Eataly recently launched two specials to celebrate the season. Cool down with “Gelato alla Grande,” featuring all-natural handmade gelato and sorbetto. Guests get to choose their gelato or sorbetto served affogato-style, which is drowned in espresso or liqueur, or coppa-style, a shareable Italian-style sundae. They also get to choose their own toppings like Amarena cherries, pistachios, syrups, chocolate chips and more. The second special keeps peeps cool by way of “Spritz Life,” a collection of 19 spritz variations available throughout the summer. Each venue within Eataly will offer a few of its own twists on the classic Aperol spritz, even some nonalcoholic recipes. Who thinks they can handle trying all 19?
