This performance is a re-creation of Nashville’s legendary Bluebird Cafe experience, and Dillon has written some of the most powerful songs in modern country, including “The Chair” (a massive hit for George Strait) and “Tennessee Whiskey” (a hit for several formidable artists).

• Liz Rose, Eric Paslay and Jim McCormick at The Cove at noon on Saturday, Aug. 22. Rose is one of the most prolific songwriters of the modern era, co-writing more than 17 of Taylor Swift’s songs, including “You Belong With Me,” “Teardrops on the Guitar” and “White Horse.” Paslay’s hits include “Friday Night” and “Song About a Girl,” while McCormick received a Song of the Year nomination from the Country Music Association for his 2020 song “The Good Ones.”
