There’s so much more to bottle service than a server dropping off a bottle and pouring drinks for you. That’s especially true when Angelina Colavito takes care of you at Chateau at Paris.
“We don’t just drop off bottles and leave, we like to hang out, we dance, we get to know everyone at the table and make sure you’re having fun,” she says.
The Las Vegas native has been working in nightlife since returning home from Rutgers University, where she got her degree in mathematics. She also swam for her alma mater, a sport she’d been into since she was 8 years old. These days she still keeps active, but she’s since switched things up with a combination of tennis, golf and hiking our many local trails.
The job is also its own perk for Colavito, who helps spread the revelry at the nightspot, finding a host to arrange after-hours or next-morning fun for you or even try to get a shout-out from the DJ. All to ensure you go home talking about an awesome only-in-Las-Vegas experience.
“Just actually being at my job is fun. I meet new people every night from different cities, different countries. A lot of them are here to celebrate something special, so a lot of my job is getting to make new friends and help them celebrate special times. ... Whether it’s a birthday, wedding or, sometimes, a divorce.”

So whatever it is you’re celebrating with Colavito, you can be sure it’ll add up to something memorable.
The French Maid
This brand new drink whipped up by Chateau bartender Anthony Prestofilipo doesn’t appear on the menu, but he gladly came up with a special treat for our readers (and anyone else lucky enough to order it by name). The French Maid combines Stoli vanilla vodka, Frangelico and a splash of Bailey’s. Your tastebuds may feel like it’ll be too sweet, until it suddenly—almost dramatically—mellows out and the nutty Frangelico takes over with a smooth finish.
