Remember this smile, because it’s the first one you’ll see when you come upon Flight Club at The Venetian Resort. “I’m the first person that people will meet when they come into the venue,” says Daisy Cisneros, Flight Club ambassador. “My whole role is setting the tone for the guest experience. I welcome them, check them in, give them the breakdown (of) how all this works.”

Cisneros has been with Flight Club for nearly four years and in the food and beverage industry for seven. “The jobs before this built a nice foundation for me to be able to provide exceptional service to guests,” says the Las Vegas native.

Cisneros is all about good vibes and putting her positive energy into her job. She loves to get guests acclimated with the innovative darts experience at Flight Club, but she also helps run food and drinks and even busses tables because, “at Flight Club, we’re big on teamwork.” And that team support translates to making guests feel taken care of from beginning to end. “It’s a great social setting,” Cisneros says. “You’ll have a great time with friends and have good food and drinks and have fun playing darts.”

As the ambassador, Cisneros’ help doesn’t stop the minute you walk out the doors. She’s a big fan of exploring the city and loves to give recommendations. “The fun doesn’t stop here,” she says. “We’re going to make sure that you have fun your entire day!”
