All you know is you’re in Las Vegas to party for New Year’s Eve. But now you need to figure out just where to party.

He’s one of the original EDM DJs that started the Las Vegas nightclub residency rage more than a decade ago. Paul Oakenfold is back in Sin City this New Year’s weekend for a special performance at Chateau Nightclub & Rooftop at Paris beginning at 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 30. The next night, ring in 2019 with a super bash as both Chateau and Beer Park open their rooftops to guests to have full access to both venues for one price—it’s the perfect spot to party all night and catch the Strip fireworks show at midnight.

Feel like getting dressed in costume? Then head to Montecristo Cigar Bar at Caesars Palace for its roaring ’20s Great Gatsby-themed party. Also at Caesars Palace, megaclub Omnia welcomes Kaskade and DJ Karma on Dec. 30 and Calvin Harris with Generik, Bamboozle and Mark Eteson on Dec. 31.

Over at The Venetian, enjoy an open bar from 9 to 11 p.m. at Tao nightclub, while hip-hop star Gucci Mane helps revelers ring in the new year. More hip-hop heavyweights help partiers say goodbye to 2018 at Drai’s nightclub at The Cromwell. Enjoy special concerts by Big Sean on Dec. 30 and Future on Dec. 31.

For more themed New Year’s Eve celebrations, start making your way to the hipster downtown Las Vegas scene with a stop at the newly remodeled Thunderbird Boutique Hotel & Lounge. The property is hosting two bashes—the Atomic Ball in the lounge, where rockabilly music and style reigns, and the more formal and fancy Black and Gold NYE Party in the showroom, where guests can indulge in bottle service and VIP table experiences. Take it back a couple of decades at Downtown Grand’s free Whoa! 90’s Grand House Party hosted by Joey Lawrence. Guests are encouraged to rock ’90s gear and throughout the night enjoy music of the decade, throwback cocktails, fly dancers and ’90s props and décor.

Head to the tallest building in town (and west of the Mississippi), the Stratosphere hotel’s tower, for its New Year’s Eve parties. Ring in 2019 at either the 107 SkyLounge celebration from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. with a two-hour open bar, party favors and DJs, or head one floor up to the 108 Party in the Sky with three-hour open bar, specialty food stations, go-go dancers and DJs. Both spots are perfect for enjoying the Strip’s fireworks show.
