Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken have brought a slice of their fairytale life to Las Vegas. While the couple is mainly known for their reality TV shenanigans, they’re also a bona fide power couple that have built and successfully run more than 30 restaurants and bars over the past three decades. Based out of L.A., where they built hot spots Villa Blanca, PUMP, Tom Tom and SUR, their all-new Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace is their first Vegas venture.
Along with designer Nick Alain, the Vanderpumps have created a space that blends together a whimsical elegance and relaxed sophistication. While the lounge is indoors, guests will feel as if they’ve stepped into an outdoor secret garden with lush foliage, twinkling lights, candlelit tables, cozy nooks and large palms.

Light bites here are divine and there are plenty of them. Let’s start with dessert first, because the Vanderpump Rosé Cake for Two is one of the most delicious dishes you’ll ever indulge in—rosé-infused sponge cake with a pink frosting made of strawberry buttercream. Savory highlights include the Grilled Cheese Tasting with brie and Gruyère cheeses, thyme, Asian pear slices and rosemary ham, and the ahi tuna tartare tacos with taco shells made from fried plantains with a chili citrus glaze, avocado and crispy capers.
Sip on Lisa Vanderpump’s very own line of rosés or go for one of the handcrafted, specialty cocktails, many made with Vanderpump’s own line of vodka, like the Matcha Matcha Man—a blend of Vanderpump vodka, matcha, fresh mint, lemon, ginger liqueur and aquafaba. The Checkmate Bitch lights up the tastebuds with some spice from a blend of Stoli Hot vodka, Chacho Aguardiente en Fuego jalapeno vodka, fresh pineapple, grapefruit liqueur, vanilla citrus, Angostura bitters and pink peppercorns.
