The irresistible smell of freshly baked bread, the aroma of newly brewed espresso, the clinking of wine glasses, the steady hum of a meat slicer, the unmistakable noise of the bartender’s cocktail shaker—just some of the sensory treats all around Eataly Las Vegas. The enormous Italian marketplace has all the goodies one could want when it comes to food and drink from regions all over the boot-shaped country.

Bring your appetite for the authentic Italian dishes, everything from sweet to savory. And when it comes to imbibing, Eataly has several bars, each with its own menu of cocktail delights, as well as wine and beer. It’s Matt Rebarchick, Eataly’s beverage manager, who has curated and purchased all things liquid.

“I love spirits,” Rebarchick said. “Vegas has never really been a destination for Italian wine—now we’re tearing through pallets of wine.”

Eataly’s bars excel in cocktails, too. Stop by L’Aperitivo, where the featured cocktail, Sangbrusco, is an Italian twist on sangria, made with fresh fruit, Ketel One Botanical peach vodka, Cocchi Americano Rosa, Lambrusco and lemon juice. At Enoteca, order a classic Italian sip, the limoncello. This version is a delightfully refreshing twist—the limoncello spritz is a mix of Pallini limoncello, Flor prosecco and a splash of soda.

Those who love a classic Italian cocktail should stop at Gran Caffé Milano for the Milano Torino, a blend of Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Campari and orange. “Anyone who likes an Americano or Negroni will really enjoy this cocktail,” Rebarchick said.

While Eataly has many spots to grab a bite, the reservations-suggested Manzo is the marketplace’s elevated dining experience. It’s here you’ll find the G&T No. 6 ½ cocktail, a more floral version of a classic gin and tonic, mixed with Monkey 47 gin, Empress 1908 gin and Lurisia Acqua Tonica.

And just in time for the warmer weather is the recently released Frosé Blanc at La Pizza e La Pasta. This slushy-type cocktail is a mix of Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint vodka, white wine, lime juice, Kelvin Slush Co. Frosé Blanc mixture.
