Vegas at Home: Eddie Perales

Master mixologist Eddie Perales has some serious bona fides, including an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records for “Most Cocktails Mixed in an Hour.” He’s a big fan of “molecular mixology,” and in addition to previously serving as brand ambassador for Tres Generaciones tequiula, his skills have taken him from Caesars Entertainment properties to the Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay and Westgate Las Vegas. He’s currently general manager of food and beverage at OYO Hotel & Casino, and in the latest episode of Vegas at Home, Perales shows everyone how to put together a classic margarita with a bit of a spin.
