When Minus5 opened in Las Vegas, there was nothing like it in the city. But it proved a popular option, especially in the toasty summers. Today, there are three incarnations of the attraction on the Strip, including Minus5 Ice Experience in the original location at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place.
Inside, you’ll find the ice room and a lodge-style room, where you will need to bundle up in the provided gloves and parka or risk frostbite. The items are professionally cleaned after each use. Inside the ice room, you will find a variety of ice sculpture to admire. There are two types of experiences available, one with drinks served in ice glasses and one without. If you’ve got children, this is a perfect way to cool them off, since mocktails are available as well (and they get a souvenir animal hat with that package).
