We’ve tasted a lot of cocktails for this magazine. However, there’s always a handful that we’d gladly finish to the last drop and then order a second round … and third, and fourth … Hey, it’s Vegas!

Here, you’ll find some of our favorites from past stories that are sure to get you in the mood to go out and take a spot at the bar.

For those that like stronger-tasting cocktails, the Worldly Old-Fashioned at Bellagio’s Petrossian Bar mixes Yamazaki 12-Year Japanese whiskey, WhistlePig 10-Year rye and Craigellachie 13-Year Scotch.

Fans of tropical-tasting cocktails should head to Commonwealth’s The Laundry Room to try the Wet Heroine, made with Royal Standard dry rum, green Chartreuse, passion fruit syrup, lime, pineapple, basil leaves and flames. Or try the Mediterranean Martini at Casbar Lounge at Sahara Las Vegas. This delight mixes Ketel One Botanicals Grapefruit Rose vodka, Lillet Rosé, blood orange and Q grapefruit soda.

For a refreshing sip, try the Rosemary Smash at 8 East at Circa Resort & Casino. It’s a splendid blend of Haku vodka, fresh muddled cucumber and Thai basil, house-made rosemary simple syrup, fresh-squeezed lime and lemon juices, and soda water.

An impressive floral-tasting cocktail is Lucky Day’s Chica Blanca, a blend of tequila, crème de violette, elderflower liqueur, egg whites, fresh-squeezed lemon juice and lavender syrup.

For a twist, try Corduroy’s Gnar Gnar Coco, made with Appleton Estate Reserve Blend rum, Cynar liqueur, coffee, brown butter, lime and pineapple. And for the best darn mojito you might ever taste, head to cigar bar Casa Fuente at The Forum Shops at Caesars for its Tangerine Mojito, made with Botran rum, simple syrup and muddled tangerines, mint and lime, with a splash of soda.

Cheers, everyone!
