Since Las Vegas doesn’t really have “traditional seasons,” the way this city celebrates summer turning into fall is through ... alcohol. A new season in Vegas means new cocktails—celebrating the flavors of fall.

Head to The Shoppes at Mandalay Place and find the nondescript bookcase that leads into a cool speakeasy known as 1923 Prohibition Bar. Here you’ll imbibe on classic Prohibition-era cocktails and a selection of bourbons and whiskies and a couple of new fall cocktails. The Sin City Smash mixes Smoke Wagon bourbon, house-made sour mix, honey ginger syrup, lemon wheels, mint leaves and mandarin orange slices; and the Caffe de la Clara blends Basil Hayden’s Toast bourbon, cold brew coffee, butter pecan syrup, cream and chocolate bitters.

Fall also means hockey season, and no one loves their team more than Vegas Golden Knights fans. In celebration, guests can try the Golden Mule, the new fall cocktail at Cabo Wabo Cantina at Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort, mixed with vodka, St-Germain, mango purée, pineapple juice and fresh-squeezed lime juice, then topped with ginger beer. At The Linq Promenade, Virgil’s Real Barbecue offers three new fall cocktails, like the Black Cherry Whiskey Mule with Maker’s Mark, ginger beer and blackberry purée, garnished with a caramelized orange and fresh black cherries. And for those who love fall because it means pumpkin-flavored beverages, enjoy the Pumpkin Rum Latte cocktail at Casbar Lounge at Sahara Las Vegas. The yummy libation is mixed with RumChata Horchata liqueur, pumpkin pureé, espresso and brown sugar.

Head to The Forum Shops at Caesars and stop into Carmine’s Las Vegas to try any of one (or all!) of its four fall cocktails, like the Salted Caramel White Russian with vanilla vodka, Kahlua and almond milk, garnished with a salted caramel rim and cinnamon stick.

For a complete fall experience, head to locals favorite Green Valley Ranch for its Terrace at Sundown experience. Decorated for autumn, with lots of Instagram-worthy displays, the outdoor lounge lets guests kick back and sip on fall-inspired cocktails like the Hunny Bear with Jack Daniel’s honey whiskey, Jack Daniel’s rye whiskey, lemon and peach. There’s also an assortment of light bites.
