Over at The Park at New York-New York, Beerhaus is another great beer spot. Here you can pair fine spirits with caviar, sip on unique and delicious cocktails and even enjoy afternoon tea. Music is provided by pianists throughout the day. Dripping in elegance and beauty, the newly opened Vanderpump á Paris at Paris is too good to pass up—this place has Mother written all over it. The drop-dead gorgeous design is the perfect setting for enjoying champagnes by the glass, handcrafted cocktails, wines and even absinthe.
Spring at the Terrace
Take Mom off-Strip to locals’ favorite resort Green Valley Ranch to check out the garden-inspired pop-up lounge Spring at the Terrace. With views of the expansive pool area and lush backyard of the property, you can book a private greenhouse to enjoy botanical-themed cocktails or a sparkling rosé flight. For both indoor and outdoor fun, head downtown to Circa Resort & Casino’s rooftop ultra-lounge, Legacy Club. With an expansive patio with gorgeous views of the entire valley, it’s the perfect spot to do a champagne toast to Mom at sunset (ask about the Sunset Package).
