Las Vegas goes green come March 17 as the city celebrates St. Patrick’s Day, and we’re filling you in on how to party!

For just $14 each (March 16-19) you can enjoy Guinness and a shot of Slane Irish whiskey or the Tipperary specialty cocktail with Tullamore D.E.W. XO rum cask Irish whiskey at The Mob Museum’s The Underground speakeasy—a cool spot soaked in history.

For more specialty cocktails, check out Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge at Resorts World, where they are serving up the Fox Trot with Grey Goose watermelon and basil essence vodka, Italicus liqueur, green Chartreuse, Fever-Tree cucumber tonic water and fresh lime juice. Also at Resorts World, Eight Lounge is throwing an Irish Whiskey Garden Party beginning at 8 p.m. Live Irish bands keep the party going, as well as $8 shots of Teeling Irish whiskey and 15-ounce cans of Guinness. Guests can also indulge in a huge selection of cigars and a special selection of unique and rare whiskies.

At Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails at The Cosmopolitan, try the Mustache Ride, made with Writers’ Tears Copper Pot whiskey, cherry Heering, vanilla orgeat and Guinness. It’s topped with a black Islay bitters mustache.

If it’s a big group, head to Virgil’s Real Barbecue at The Linq Promenade and order the Drunken Leprechaun margarita that serves up to six people. After you’ve helped slurp that one down, walk the Promenade to O’Sheas, where the annual St. Patrick’s Day festivities make this Irish-themed bar one of the best party spots on the holiday. Down the boulevard from the promenade, head to Cabo Wabo Cantina in Miracle Mile Shops, where $9 green beer and $14 green margaritas are being served all day. From 3-5 p.m., enjoy half-off draft beers, margaritas, sangrias and select appetizers. And one of the best drinking deals is at Silverton, where all the casino bars and lounges will offer $2 green beers and $5 Jameson shots.

For live music and parties, head to The STRAT. Beginning at 9 p.m., party at PT’s Wings & Sports and Remix Lounge, where bands perform classic and modern hits. It’s an all-day bash at Rí Rá Irish Pub at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, beginning at noon with Irish live bands the Crooked Jacks, Achill Crossing and Black Donnellys rocking the pub. Go on a drinking adventure at AREA15 as the entertainment and arts complex hosts its first Lepre-Con Pub Crawl, where for $40 per person, guests get five drinking and entertainment stops.

Two of the biggest parties happen Stripside and downtown. First, head to the Fremont Street Experience’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Bash, running March 16-19, which has a host of free live entertainment all along the Viva Vision-covered street. Revelers can enjoy live Irish bands like The Arcana Kings, Whiskey Galore, Finnegan’s Wake and more, plus drink specials throughout the four-day celebration, Celtic dancers and a firefighters parade and challenge. Stripside, head to the Brooklyn Bridge in front of New York-New York for its annual Celtic Feis beginning at 10 a.m. and running till midnight. The huge celebration will feature several local Irish bands like Sin é Rí Rá and Celtic Rockers as well as live DJ sets. Along the bridge stop into Nine Fine Irishmen for classic Irish fare. The cover charge for Celtic Feis starts at $10 per person. Erin go bragh!
