The sleek and swanky lounge at this downtown steakhouse is the perfect spot for cocktails and conversation. A must-try cocktail is the L-O-V-E, made with Grey Goose Essences strawberry and lemongrass vodka, lychee syrup, Aperol, lime juice and egg whites. A brush of raspberry compote along the rim sends this cocktail into icon status.
2. Strawberry Muse

This speakeasy is a hot spot for live rock music and bumps of caviar, but equally a draw are its specialty cocktails like the sweet, French 75-inspired Strawberry Muse. This blend of strawberry-infused Tanqueray 10 gin, Aperol, lemon, simple syrup and bitters is made even tastier with the addition of a sugar rim.
3. Arctic Sunset

To beat the summer temps, this lounge made entirely of ice is kept at 23 degrees Fahrenheit. All cocktails are served in glasses made of ice, including the Arctic Sunset, a blend of Bacardi Dragonberry rum, pineapple juice, lemon lime soda and a grenadine float.
4. Lavender Basil Lemon Drop

For more than two decades, this lobby bar has been one of the top cocktail spots on the Strip, offering a masterclass in delicious recipes like the popular Lavender Basil Lemon Drop. It’s a divine mix of Belvedere organic lemon basil vodka, St-Germain, lavender essence and a basil-sugar rim.

5. Vanderpump Margarita

Lisa Vanderpump’s luxe aesthetic is felt and seen all throughout this Secret Garden-inspired lounge with tons of specialty cocktails, and the Vanderpump Margarita—made with tequila, fresh lime, hibiscus, white peach and orange liqueur—has remained on the menu since day one thanks to its yummy twist on the classic.
6. The Aquarium

It doesn’t get more over the top than this behemoth fishbowl of goodness. The shareable cocktail is mixed with Svedka blue raspberry vodka, blue Curaçao, simple syrup, lemon juice and champagne and topped with cotton candy. On the bottom of the fishbowl, you’ll find Nerds candies mimicking the rocks on the bottom of a fish tank and you’ll see Swedish Fish candies swimming around.
7. Latitude Adjustment

8. Smoke Show

Inside this intimate, dark-lit speakeasy, some of the most visually stunning cocktails are being created, like the Smoke Show.
