Chéri Rooftop, a French-inspired restaurant that also boasts some of the most spectacular views of the Strip (thanks to its ideal location directly beneath the faux Eiffel Tower), recently launched a new party series, Chéri After Dark.
Every Friday and Saturday, Chéri Rooftop transforms into a high-energy party atmosphere, featuring live DJ performances, bottle service and curated cocktails. Toast with your cocktail or champagne and dance the night away. (Reservations are strongly encouraged, and can be made at cherirooftop.com.)
To really get yourself in the party mood, order signature cocktails like Margarita’s Trip to Paris, a sumptuous sip made with Don Julio blanco, Cointreau, St-Germain, Chambord, fresh lime juice and raspberry. If you’re more of a whiskey fan, the Eiffel Sour combines Rittenhouse rye, lavender bitters, fresh lemon juice and absinthe, with a Bordeaux float. And cognac aficionados won’t want to miss the Ooh La La, a heady mix of Remy Martin, mango, fresh orange, mint and club soda.
