If you are in the mood for some fun along with your cocktail, head to Swingers Las Vegas in Mandalay Bay, where you will find plenty of really, really delicious drinks to indulge in. This crazy golf course/ arcade features such items as espresso martinis, Mulligan Moscow mules, the nonalcoholic Orange Crush (with Lyre’s Orange Sec) and the similarly nonalcoholic Coconut Colada (with Seedlip Grove 42). On May 13 for World Cocktail Day, buy a round of minigolf or a package of Carnival arcade credits, and you’ll get a free-drink voucher! Delicious!
If it’s a margarita you are in the mood for, stop at Sala 118 in The Venetian hotel lobby. This swanky stop serves up plenty of high-end cocktails, including the Margherita, which is concocted with The Venetian Select Barrel Paladar reposado tequila, Gajàrdo Arancia liqueur and Alpe Genepy Herbetet liqueur and prickly pear. That’s the way to wait for your room to be ready!
But perhaps you prefer a mojito. Havana 1957 at Flamingo features several, including the basic version with Bacardi Superior in flavors like coconut, passion fruit, mango and strawberry; the Mojito Royal with Captain Morgan Spiced rum, and prosecco; and a nonalcoholic passion fruit mojito. All with mint and lime, of course!
Our last suggestion is not the least! The “Fig”ure of Your Imagination at Caspian’s Rock & Roe in Caesars Palace features Maker's Mark bourbon, Cointreau, fig jam, honey and lemon for an intriguing, slow sip.
