Looking for a no-cover night of dancing and drinking? You’re in luck! House of Blues Restaurant & Bar just launched its new offering, B Side. Inside this special space within the expansive restaurant, partiers can get their groove on with a rotating lineup of DJs and live music from Thursday through Sunday, beginning at 4 p.m. and going late into the night.
Along with the auditory fun, guests can imbibe on specialty cocktails and elevated eats. Bites include standouts like Japanese yellowtail tartare tacos, cauliflower tempura, charcuterie and cheese plate, birria short rib grilled cheese, market fish in a tomato broth, wagyu skirt steak and cereal milk ice cream sampler with waffle cones.
Handcrafted specialty cocktails include a twist on the classic, the Good Karma margarita, made with Don Julio, toasted agave, Giffard crème de pamplemousse, Del Maguey Vida mezcal, lime zest and pomegranate seeds. Other faves include the Berry Botanical, pictured, with Ketel One botanical grapefruit and rose vodka, blackberries, raspberries, lemon and flower petals, and the Apricot Sour with Bulleit bourbon, Giffard apricot, egg white, lemon juice, orange bitters and a mist of Charles Woodson’s Intercept pinot noir. For a stronger sip, order The Aged Old-Fashioned, a signature blend of brown spirits that are aged in-house in special oak barrels and mixed with bitters and sugar.
