Cherry blossom season is in full bloom, so to speak, in Japan. The pink-hued trees transform the streets of Kyoto and Tokyo, and some of those beautiful visuals are re-created in Las Vegas inside Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den. The speakeasy, hidden inside one of the stalls at Famous Foods Street Eats, celebrates the season through April 30 with a venue transformation of the intimate bar.
Guests will be immersed in the pink-petaled cherry blossoms blooming in every corner, from the bar and seating area to the ceiling. It’s the perfect visual to break out the camera for and get some romantic and whimsical social posts.
Along with the decor, Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den adds some themed fruity, citrusy cocktails to the menu for a limited time. Sip on The Samurai Way with Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie Scotch, brown sugar simple syrup, lavender and cherry bark vanilla bitters; the Golden Bridge with Cointreau, Chareau aloe vera liqueur, Luxardo Maraschino, simple syrup, lemon juice, passion fruit purée and Prosecco; the Blooming For Love with Remy Martin VSOP, Luxardo Maraschino, hibiscus-guava purée, simple syrup, lemon juice and sakura latte powder; and the Cherry Blossom Cloud with The Botanist gin, St-Germain and Kanáde yuzu liqueur, topped with a cherry coconut foam.
The lounge opens at 5 p.m. daily. (Look for the retail stall inside Famous Foods Street Eats—the lounge is hidden behind one of the walls). And don’t miss the Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den’s popular Friday night party, an old-school bash where DJs spin all vinyl.
