Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, Las Vegas’ largest outlet center, is about to get a whole lot bigger. The mall, located near The Smith Center for the Performing Arts just south of downtown, will debut a 150,000-square-foot expansion with more than 20 new stores on May 15.

The expansion includes a Neiman Marcus Last Call and a two-story Saks Off 5th, bringing luxury shopping at bargain prices, as well as menswear retailers Canali and John Varvatos, queen of the wrap dress Diane von Furstenberg, upscale women’s designers Helmut Lang and Carolina Herrera and skin care specialist Clarins. Dining options will also be part of the upgrade, including The Cheesecake Factory, which will open next to the center’s new porte cochere.

The mall has 150 outlet stores, including Burberry, Calvin Klein, Coach, Cole Haan, Dolce & Gabbana, J. Crew, Kate Spade, Lacoste, Polo Ralph Lauren and Tory Burch. For now, the newest stores include Armani Outlet with its clothes for men and women, pop culture clothier Hot Topic, Ann Taylor offshoot Loft Outlet, UGG Australia, Wolverine Company Store and Porsche Design.

The outlets have a sister center just south of the Strip with an additional 535,000 square feet of discounted shopping, including Adidas, Nautica, Nike, Michael Kors and Tommy Hilfiger.
