Whether it’s a casual breakfast or dinner or a great beer, Citizens Kitchen & Bar at Mandalay Bay has you covered. Founded by Sam Nazarian in 2013, the popular restaurant features American comfort food, and a bright, cheery, open design that just feels good.
If it’s breakfast you’re in the mood for, you’ll find everything from omelettes to breakfast burritos and sandwiches. For lunch or dinner, order a beer! Offerings include Lagunitas Little Sumpin’-Sumpin’ Ale or Magic Hat #9, the Alpine Beer Company Duet IPA and Wasatch Apricot Hefeweizen, among others. The range means something will pair well with what you are eating, including dishes like disco fries, mahi mahi fish tacos, fish and chips, barbecue ribs, chicken club on sourdough, burgers, and a loco moco burger, that Hawaiian invention that features a patty on white rice with gravy and a sunny-side up egg.
Dessert can’t be overlooked, either! All the classics are here, like carrot cake, cheesecake and a seven-layer chocolate cake. Apple pie, is served warm, with a silky caramel sauce.
