Las Vegas is jam-packed with amazing restaurants—many of them within the same property. And pound-for-pound, Aria has one of the best restaurant lineups on the Strip. From Italian to French, from seafood to steak, the eateries at this spectacular property are all must-visit destinations. And for those of you who just can’t decide on which one you want to visit, now you don’t have to. Finger Licking Foodie Tours has partnered with Aria for a socially distanced, two-hour experience like none other on the Strip, one in which you eat at three of the property’s high-end restaurants.
For $150 per person (an extra $60 will get you a preselected craft cocktail at each venue), you get to sample some of the best dishes at three of four restaurants: Catch, Carbone, Jean Georges Steakhouse and Bardot Brasserie (the lineup changes depending on the night of the week you opt for).
Your experience might go something like this:
1. At 5 p.m. you arrive at Catch, a favorite hangout of celebrities at its locations in New York, L.A. and now Vegas, and for the next half-hour you and your party (minimum of two) get to share a Catch Roll (crab, salmon and miso honey), filet skewers with a wasabi dip, and crispy cauliflower with spicy vegan mayo.
2. You hustle up to the second floor and arrive at Carbone, an outpost of the New York original, by 5:35 for a light salad, followed by some spicy rigatoni vodka and a huge meatball. Oh, and you definitely take the time to take in the restaurant’s amazing décor and listen to the great collection of classic tunes from Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and others.
3. You finish your fast-paced but delicious journey at Bardot Brasserie, Michael Mina’s tribute to the cuisine of Paris. Here, you sample amazing deviled eggs, avocado toast garnished with big pieces of shrimp, and a delectable beef Wellington. So good!
This experience is already over-the-top, but if you really want to make this an evening to remember, for an additional $100 per person, you can be whisked away from the property in a custom limousine and taken to Maverick Helicopters, where you and your party will board an ECO-Star for a 12- to 15-minute flight along the Las Vegas Strip. When you land, your limo will return you to your hotel.
