Eating dim sum is a satisfying experience, and it’s easy to overindulge. Each time a dish is ordered from the steam-heated cart that rolls by your table, like chow mein, shrimp dumplings, Chinese broccoli, steamed buns and more, it resets your appetite—you’re always ready for more. (By the end of it, you’ll probably wish you could reset your bank account, too.) And one of the best places to enjoy this experience in Las Vegas is at Ping Pang Pong, which was once recognized as one of the top 10 Chinese restaurants in America by Travel + Leisure.

But it’s not just dim sum at Ping Pang Pong. The restaurant also creates a variety of authentic Chinese dishes from the main kitchen. You and your tablemates will likely want to share some plates, and starters like pork-filled pot stickers, minced chicken and pork sausage lettuce cups or soft-shell crab rice paper wraps are a good way to begin. Then order up a noodle dish like the XO Shrimp Lai Fen, hand-rolled noodles slathered with a spicy XO chili sauce. However, main dishes like honey-glazed barbecue pork or butterflied walnut prawns are so good you might want to keep those to yourself.
