If the group you’re with knows they want Asian food but can’t decide whether Japanese, Chinese or Korean is most to their liking, it’s time to go to Noodles. The Pan-Asian restaurant’s menu is packed with favorites from many different cuisines—meaning drinks like Thai iced tea, two types of hot tea, sake, beer from China and Japan and wine from all over the world. You can even indulge in classic American cocktails if you so choose.

Appetizers range from the Malaysian-style roti prata to tempura and pot stickers. There’s even kimchi. Maybe a noodle soup is in order, but will you try Thai, Japanese Szechuan, Vietnamese, Cantonese or Mandarin?

There are fried noodles like chow mein, Penang-fried kway teow and Pad Thai, plus fried rices from Malaysia and China. For even heartier dishes, go for Maine live lobster with salt-and-pepper fried shallots, salt-and-pepper shrimp; beef, shrimp, chicken and tofu, prepared with sauces including kung pao, sweet-and-sour and black bean. The dessert menu pulls in the flavors of mango, lychee and papaya, pretty much a perfect ending.
