You would probably have high expectations for any venture involving the talents of celebrity chef Michael Mina and TV personality Ayesha Curry. And at International Smoke, all those expectations are exceeded.

The theme here is fire, from which all things originate, as well as smoke. And this menu is jam-packed with signature items from both chefs that emphasize both fire and smoke. The ribs menu alone is worth a trip here, St. Louis cut pork ribs served with either American barbecue sauce, Vietnamese chili-lemongrass sauce, or Korean sesame-gochujang sauce. The wood-fired grill options include an 8-ounce center-cut filet mignon, 14-ounch New York strip steak, and a 16-ounce Delmonico ribeye. Just heaven for fans of smoky, meaty goodness.

Smoke also makes an appearance on the cocktail menu! The cold-smoked Old-Fashioned combines Evan Williams bourbon, cardamom syrup and Corazon bitters and is smoked in its own container. Other delights include Ayesha’s fresh-baked cornbread, with red curry butter, and Mama Mina’s falafel, lightly fried. Whether you order the key lime pie or Valrhona chocolate molten cake for dessert, this is a meal to remember.
