Want a delicious way to celebrate spring? Sign up for Ethel M Chocolates Factory’s chocolate and mimosa pairing. Through the end of the month, the factory offers two sessions, at noon and 3 p.m., on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, where you’ll get a four-piece chocolate tasting and four fruit-based mimosas to enjoy along with them. The tasting is $35 and is available only for those 21 and older. The candy maker also offers daily tastings, plus wine and chocolate tastings. Reservations required. –Nina King
