Who doesn’t need some comfort food once in a while? Sometimes it’s a needed respite from all the craziness around you, especially right now. And sure, we’re big proponents of eating healthy, but even we need a greasy cheeseburger now and then. And for some of the best comfort food on the Strip, it’s hard to beat Searsucker.

One look at the menu and you’ll realize how serious this restaurant is about its take on comfort food. There are twists and turns all over the place, from the mustard and mayo sauces used in the Las Vegas-style shrimp cocktail to the farmers market vegetables that accompany the hummus appetizer. The cocktail menu is just pure fun, including a We Can Be a Bit Old-Fashioned menu from which you can order the classic or the PB&J—peanut-infused Old Forester bourbon, fassionola syrup and strawberry bitters.

Main courses range from fish and chicken to steak and braised short ribs. There’s even a Beyond bolognese, so delicious with roasted mushrooms, tomato ragu and campanelle pasta.
