Although it’s a New York City import, Sadelle’s has become a very Vegas brunch spot. Plus, the inside is Tiffany blue, so it might be the closest you’ll ever get to actually eating breakfast at Tiffany’s.

As you peruse the menu, you’ll find delicious dishes fit for the NYC-style diner of your dreams, including eggs Benedict, Western omelets, matzo ball soup, Waldorf salad, steak and eggs, and crispy fried chicken with truffle honey. But if you can’t decide, here’s a pro tip: Order the house salmon, which is plated on a serving tower with trimmings like tomato, cucumber and capers, and served with possibly the best bagels outside of NYC.

Whatever you decide, pair your meal with a hot cup of the house coffee, or if you need something stronger, brunch the right way with a classic cocktail like the Bloody Mary, Bellini or mimosa. Make sure to order a delectable baked good like a half-moon cookie or a danish. It’s the perfect way to end a solid brunch.
