If there’s one certainty in Las Vegas, it’s that any night can be the most romantic night of the year. It doesn’t have to be Valentine’s Day to be the right time to indulge in a memorable meal with awe-inspiring atmosphere, and that’s always on the menu at the legendary Eiffel Tower Restaurant (702.948.6937) at Paris Las Vegas. Enjoy classics like foie gras with apple compote, escargot with potato-leek purée, Dover sole and beef Wellington while taking in peerless views of the Strip and the dancing fountains of Bellagio. Every night is the height of romance from this lofty culinary perch.

For more casual cuisine and a high-energy environment, check out Gilley’s Las Vegas (702.894.7111) at Treasure Island, where live country music and dancing will get your own personal party started on the weekends and a hearty menu of barbecue and Southern-style favorites will satisfy any appetite.

Next door at Fashion Show, another familiar name and unique dining experience is taking center stage. Benihana (702.820.3080) is taking care of Vegas visitors with its signature teppanyaki plus sushi, cocktails and more from its indoor-outdoor Stripside restaurant, or you can visit the other Vegas location just off the Strip at Westgate Las Vegas (702.732.5755), which also offers an extensive and diverse Asian menu along with private dining rooms to enjoy this classic experience.

Tao (702.388.8338) at The Venetian is another iconic name in global Asian cuisine and this beloved destination recently expanded its offerings with a sushi delivery program taking those fresh and familiar flavors to every part of the Las Vegas Valley. It’s a whole lot of delicious, convenient fun, but there’s nothing better than the complete dining experience at this landmark restaurant, where the food is as refined as the vibrant surroundings. You can still enjoy a late-night, music-charged experience in the lounge and club space as well.

Away from the action of the Strip, an eclectic new Asian restaurant has arrived in Chinatown, bringing new energy to an already sizzling center containing local favorites Sparrow + Wolf and Lamaii. Robata En (702.331.0619) dishes up a wide selection of sushi and raw fish dishes along with meats and vegetables delicately grilled over Japanese binchotan charcoal, imparting smoky, subtle flavors into every bite. You are sure to experience something new when you put yourself in the hands of this creative kitchen crew.

In the southwest section of the valley, the restaurateurs behind the Italian food of Locale and Vietnamese fare of the Black Sheep have scored again with upbeat Mexican at El Luchador (702.260.8709). This new cantina is quickly becoming that neighborhood spot where you go and go again, feasting on nachos, tableside guacamole, carnitas or shrimp tacos and anything else that pairs nicely with sweet and spicy cocktails.

And, finally, while the Big Game has come and gone, it’s still—and always—sports season in Las Vegas, and one of the newest destinations for pub grub while you watch is Victory Burger (702.726.5505) at Circa Resort & Casino downtown. Overlooking the glorious, three-story Circa sportsbook—the largest sports book in the world—Victory’s menu is definitely a win-win, from piled-high nachos and jumbo breaded chicken wings to half-pound Angus beef burgers. It doesn’t matter if your team wins or loses, you still deserve a strawberry cheesecake milkshake to wash it all down.
